Mail In the sample soon after collecting

Refer to the Sampling Guide to understand options for sampling location and method
Remove any aerators or other faucet attachments, if possible.

Do not touch or rinse out the inside of the container or lid.

Use a low flow when drawing water

Fill the container to the shoulder

Close the lid tightly
Sign into your Account: gosimplelab.com/signin

Select the Report ID, click Sample Info, and complete all fields.

Complete the paper Sample Information Card and return it with the sample.

Put everything back into the box.

Apply the return shipping label, covering any existing label.

Check the carrier on the return label (USPS, UPS, etc.) and
drop off the package for shipment to the lab.
