Results will be submitted, and comparable analysis will be done against maximum contaminant levels set by EPA in drinking water.

Read all instructions before you begin.

Mail the sample soon after collecting it.

Refer to the Sampling Guide to understand options for
sampling location and method.

We recommend the fully-flushed method for this test.
Remove any aerators or other faucet attachments, if possible.

Do not touch or rinse out the inside of the container or lid.

Use a low flow when drawing water

Fill the container to the VERY top.
There should be NO headspace or air bubbles in the container.

Close the lid tightly.

Select the Report ID, click Sample Info, and complete all fields.

Complete the paper Sample Information Card and return it with the sample.

Put everything back into the box.

Apply the return shipping label, covering any existing label.

Check the carrier on the return label (USPS, UPS, etc.) and
drop off the package for shipment to the lab.
